Instead, your visa is issued on arrival at Paro International Airport, subject to holding a visa clearance letter from a licensed Bhutanese tour operator. Found Bhutan provides this letter upon booking confirmation — you present it to Druk Air at check-in counter T3 Row 2 at Changi, and to immigration on arrival in Paro.
Documents required: Valid Singapore passport (or your home country passport if you are an expat) with at least 6 months validity. Your Found Bhutan visa clearance letter. Note: the flight includes a technical stop in Guwahati, India — passengers stay on board and no Indian visa is required for transit.
Sustainable Development Fee (SDF): USD 100 per person per night. This is a Government of Bhutan levy — not a tour operator charge — that funds free education, free healthcare, and environmental conservation across the kingdom. It is included transparently in all Found Bhutan package quotes.
